JES Foundation Solutions to Install Structural Support Systems for $200 Million Trump International Hotel™ Redevelopment Project in Washington, D.C.
Virginia Beach, Va. (March 24, 2015) – JES Foundation Solutions, the commercial division of JES based in Virginia Beach, with offices in Richmond and Northern Virginia, has been contracted to provide and install structural support systems for the Trump International Hotel™ on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C. The extensive $200 million redevelopment project involves renovations to the historic Old Post Office Pavilion, originally constructed in 1899 and the 109,000 square-foot annex building. Enlisted for its expertise, JES will install helical piles to support new foundations for an interior elevator, the annex building renovations and an exterior canopy.

The Trump International Hotel, Washington, D.C. is scheduled to open in 2016.
